Why can I no longer see an item?
The item may already have an active claim, have been collected, or have been hidden by an administrator for review.
What details should I include in a claim?
Provide private identifying details only the owner would know, such as marks, contents, accessories, or a serial number.
My approved claim is ready. What next?
Visit the Admin Office with your student ID and the claim reference shown on your Claims page.
I found an item. Where should I hand it in?
Report it through the website, then hand it to Campus Security or the Admin Office using the handover option selected in your report.
